Terms of Use
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of SouthlineFreight.com (the "Site"), operated by F&M Soler Transportation LLC, doing business as Southline Freight ("Southline," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes and to allow you to request quotes, contact us, and apply for employment. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party. You may not use the Site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data in violation of these Terms, or interfere with the Site's operation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and design elements, is the property of F&M Soler Transportation LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your personal or internal business reference. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of Site content without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Quotes and Freight Services
Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. Quotes, rates, service availability, transit times, and service terms are determined at the time of booking and may be subject to a separate written agreement, bill of lading, or rate confirmation. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of service or capacity, or a commitment to any particular rate or transit time. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed agreement or bill of lading, the signed document controls.
Submissions
Information you submit through quote, contact, or employment forms must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an employment application does not create an employment relationship, and submitting a quote request does not create a contract for services.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, F&M SOLER TRANSPORTATION LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND IT DOES NOT APPLY TO FREIGHT SERVICES PERFORMED UNDER A SEPARATE SIGNED AGREEMENT OR BILL OF LADING, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY THEIR OWN TERMS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F&M Soler Transportation LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
